If I buy more than one item, can you combine them to save on shipping?
I do combine items to save on shipping whenever possible. I request that you go ahead and pay the listed shipping prices and I will quickly REFUND any amount over the actual cost of shipping the package through Google Checkout. If you pay with a Money Order, I will send you an Email stating the total amount due after calculating combined shipping cost BEFORE you mail your payment.

Can you ship to countries other than the United States?
Because of problems with Customs and Tariffs charges along with the extra paperwork, I don't normally ship to other countries. I do ship to all U.S. Territories and Possessions as well as APO/FPO addresses. If you are unsure, just E-mail me and ask.

Are these items brand new?
Please read the descriptions carefully because I will describe each items condition thoroughly. Every item is different. Some items are brand new and have not been removed from the original packages. Some are customer-returns that may have been removed, refolded and reinserted in the package. Some may be repackaged. Some are used. Some have minor defects. Some haven't been used but have been laundered. They are all offered at a SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT from the retail department store prices and can be cleaned or laundered.

Why does this item say "ON HOLD" and the buy button won't work?
Sometimes you may find one of my items with a Google search and then find that the "buy" button doesn't work or it says "On Hold". This USUALLY means that the item has been sold and I don't have any more in stock. HOWEVER, I do put my entire store "On Hold" sometimes when I am away from home for several days. These items cannot be found when you search within the Ecrater website.

Can I return my item if I am not happy with it?
I accept returns for any reason upon return to me but shipping is NOT refundable UNLESS I have made a mistake in describing the item or its condition. When that happens, I will refund all shipping and purchase price upon return of the item.
